Very professional Both are great dentists! They do a very thorough exam and pay attention to any problems you might have. Several years back I had to have an implant done. They referred me to a specialist in Chattanooga that I was also pleased with. Dr. Houston was so kind to make me a composite tooth to go in my Invisalign retainer so I could smile out in public while I was going through the process with getting an implant. I would highly recommend both of them. I have been using them for years.

Awesome From my history with Dentist, Dr. Houston and Kim are the best. I went for my cleaning today and I used to hate with a passion to get me teeth cleaned, Kim is wonderful, very professional and great. For dental work it wasn't so bad.... There is NOTHING I would rather do less than have dental work done, but Dr. Houston and Judy made my filling today as "pleasant" as it could be. The nitrous oxide helped. I was in and out in 40 minutes with a fixed tooth. I am a lifelong dental phobic due to traumatic childhood dentistry experiences, but they are the best. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who hate dental work as I do. Really -- they are the very best. Completely professional, cheerful, patient with an uneasy patient-- and the professionalism extends throughout the practice, from front door to back chair.

Awesome Service!! I was having an issue with tooth pain and stopped by the office to try to get an appointment. I usually see Dr. Robison but he was on vacation. Brenda offered to try to work me into Dr. Houston's schedule that day, but I said I could wait. She gave advice that helped, followed up with a phone call the next day and worked me into his schedule. Dr. Houston was helpful in listening to my situation, looking at my records and teeth and making an evaluation. He is extremely knowledgable and did a great job explaining what was going on and what I should do. I appreciate the help Dr. Houston and the team extended to me and highly recommend this office!

Excellent and reliable service, professional and friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment I took my four year old for his very first cleaning today. It went amazingly well! Our hygienist, Sarah, is great with kids and adults. She was patient and very thorough. She kept him interested and focused on the entire cleaning process; she explained the steps she took to clean his teeth and showed him all the utensils and instruments. Dr. Robison is awesome too! He's so calm, friendly, and made Brice feel safe. I highly recommend Dr. Houston and Dr. Robinson's family practice to everyone (old and young). Through texts and calls, the front office was great to work with me to offer alternative appointment times as they became available. So I was able to move my appointment up a few days which was really helpful. The day of my appointment I was taken back promptly and enjoyed a friendly, efficient appointment from start to finish. My dental office for life! I was totally terrified of going to the dentist until I met Dr. Jeff Houston in the mid 80s. He knew of my fear and made that first visit as comfortable as possible. Pre-visit phone call A few months ago I had knee replacement surgery. My physician gave me a prescription for an antibiotic to take prior to any dental procedure I might have in the future. At an appointment in your office.before having knee replacement, I had mentioned the upcoming surgery to the hygienist . Last week I received a phone call on the morning of my appointment with Dr. Houston from a member of your staff asking if I had the knee replacement and , if so, had I taken an antibiotic that morning. I certainly appreciated your staff taking the initiative to make the call and also kudos to the hygienist who left a note on my chart mentioning my surgical plans. I feel that I have chosen a top notch dental practice. Thanks for being on top of things!

Very professional and efficient. After 16 plus years one of my crowns was pulled off. (Yes, I was attempting to eat a very stiff gummie candy). I called early in the day with a request to be seen by the dentist. Within a half-hour I had a same-day appointment. Treatment was very efficient and in less than a half-hour my visit was complete; the crown was repaired and replaced and I was on my way.. Thanks to Dr. Robison for turning what could have been a multi-visit situation into a pleasant experience.

Capable, professional... and NICE As I was in the chair this morning, I kept thinking about how Dr. Robison must be just about the most COURTEOUS dentist I have ever had. I was a patient with the Houston office when he first came to join Jeff, back before running water. John is kind and polite... quite refreshing for his profession. He's always been that way, too... making sure I'm comfortable and pain-free. His giving attitude is pleasant and appreciated. The staff is just like that, too. They are very friendly and polite and they get the job done without any drama. Both my wife and I are patients and will continue to be. High quality service, Professional, Clean & Friendly My dentist office of 32 years recently had a switch in location from a private facility to a shared facility which resulted in a lack of personal touch, a rushed feeling, and an outdated and cramped building with chairs seated next to one another. I went to Dr Robinson as a recommendation from a friend and the experience was a fresh reminder of how I prefer my dentist visits to go. The building was clean, orderly, and updated, and working with Tasha was a pleasant experience. I had my own private room and Tasha was thorough by taking the time to ask me questions, evaluate and assess, and ensure my visit went as I had expected. The ladies at the front were just as friendly, as well as Dr. Robinson himself. All in all, the experience is one that I prefer- in that I am seen as a valued patient and not as just another number in a 30 minute time slot.

Always the BEST I love when I have the opportunity to recommend a dentist to a newcomer in town, because the answer is so simple! I cannot say enough good things about this practice: the same people have cared for our teeth for more than 20 years. My kids, grown and gone now, were raised in this office -- and my daughter, at 28, has still never had a cavity! Dr. Houston & company have seen us through flouride treatments and crowns and everything in between I trust implicitly everything they tell me -- if Dr. Houston says I need a crown I know he's not just looking to finance another golf club. That sounds cynical, but I know plenty of people who have been treated that way by other dentists. Drs. Houtson and Robison truly build relationship with their patients and they get to know the whole patient, not just the teeth. My family could not be happier with the service we always receive from the entire staff at Houston Robison Family Dentistry.

Very prompt and professional service from front desk check in to end of visit. We have been using Dr. Robison since 2002 my husband and I go for routine service every 6 months, and any dental needs that are not routine. Dr. Robison is very truthful and explains in detail why dental work is needed, suggest you get second opinion, or see a specialist before making a decision. We would never go elsewhere! The Office is very beautifully decorated and comfortable, and spotless! The entire staff is professional and make you feel at ease and welcome.
