Fees incurred for our dental services are due at the time treatment is provided, unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards, personal checks, or cash. To help make our dental treatment more affordable, our dental office offers financing through CareCredit.

Dental Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our friendly office staff will gladly file most dental insurance claims. If you are a new patient with us or if your dental insurance coverage has recently changed, please provide us with your most recent insurance information during your next visit.
As individual insurance companies' benefits and coverage varies, you may have questions regarding what procedures or treatments are covered. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider or your employer for answers to those questions. Please note that dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider, thus our office is not engaged within that contract, and additionally, we do not have any agreements with any insurance companies. The fees incurred for our dental services and/or dental products provided to you, our patient, are your responsibility.
